Comments: At first I was impressed with his work and professionalism until it was discovered that finishing on one part of a wall was not plumb with everything else.I had to get another drywall contractor to find what the problem is and it was determined that a gap between the wall and drywall was caused by DVC.
I brought to their attention and he denied any fault, even with photographic and video evidence.
He refused to refund my cost for the repair and when threatened with legal action we negotiated a settlement of doing other work in place of cash.
3 months later he still has not done what was agreed upon and never showed up for the date to work.
Our last discussion was that I intend to litigate to get my $450 cost to repair.
Clearly not a man of his word.
UPDATE (10/20)
There is none so blind as he ho cannot see.
I have sent you evidence showing the problem was your fault including pictures and video.
The only acceptable resolution is a $450 refund or court.
Your choice.
