Comments: I can not say enough about these guys. They superb and way out there on above and beyond service on my broken air conditioning. Not only they are polite, respectful, punctual, and services, they are very trustible folks. I had 2 guys came before this them, they piece of _ _ _ _ ( you fill in the blank). One made my compressor dead. The other one quote me a rediculous price. DURO CAME AND MADE THINGS RIGHT FOR ME WITH HALF OF THE PRICE THE PREVIOUS 2 GUYS WANTED TO CHARGE ME. I do not give review much. For Duro, i am compel to do so. I owned them for what they done for me. Good and honest guys deserve good complimentary. I recommend them to anyone. Keep doing what you are doing Brent and Brendan good rewards and things will come sooner or later. I am your customer for life. Work Description: Installation of a new furnance, repair of a leak in AC, issues with electronic air cleaner, and outside air intake fan timer.
Comments: Duro Heating was punctual regarding the furnance installation. Brent very knowledgeable and friendly. Negatives, no follow up to schedule an appointment to replace the air filter. I had to initate the call. Also an additional appointment to finish off remaining items was not kept. No follow up to reschedule. After 9 days, I had to initate call to reschedule. Other than the lack of following up, I was satisfied with the work of Duro Heating.Bellevue WA
