Work Description: Reggie was punctual and arrived at the time he said he would. Overall, I think he did a good job. He told me that he would give me a detailed description of the work and the charges associated with the parts and labor costs required to complete the job.
I never received an end of job Invoice from him. When I asked for the invoice, he told me that he was very busy and would get it to me as soon as possible. I paid him the total amount that he asked for the work done. He told me that he would get me an invoice. I trusted him as this the normally the way that business is done.
From 7/12/2016 to 7/20/2016, I never received an Invoice from Reggie or heard
from him via phone.
