Work Description: Attic remodel

Comments: Tal is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and flexible. We just had our attic remodeled with a new bathroom adding over 800 square feet. It looks great and we love it. Our daughter has all the space to play and now we can entertain without feeling cramped. Price was reasonable and fair. The workers were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves well. I will definitely use DT design & build again. Our project was not easy to get off the ground, but when it did we got it done just in time.

Comments: I am very happy with the work done by DT design & build. We recently had water damage from a pipe bursting. They refinished our floors. Tal is knowledgeable, courteous and has a tremendous workforce of connections. Redoing the wood on our entire first floor was a big project. He coordinated with the insurance company, moving all the furniture, and the actual refinishing of the floors. I felt that their work was high quality, great customer service, and we are very happy with the results.

Comments: We had our master shower remodeled last year and couldn't say enough great things about Tal and his contractors. From the beginning, Tal gave us a fair estimate, both in terms of pricing and in terms of timing. The finished on time and their work was top notch! We had some questions months after the service was performed and it was like calling an old friend. Tal was able to help us without any problem. We couldn't be happier!

Comments: I panicked when I say drips of water coming from a light fixture in my closet. A good friend recommended Tal from DT design & build to come check it out. He returned my call within 10 minutes and set up to come by after the job he was on was finished. He was friendly, courteous, and honest. He explained what was happening and made me feel at ease. He spent time with me at the end of his long work day to answer questions I had about some other projects I'm hoping to get done. Tal shared ideas, gave honest feedback and I look forward to working with him on future projects.

Comments: I had my basement and bathroom totally gutted and remodeled. They were dependable, timely and professional throughout the whole remodeling process, from the quote, the the actual work and daily cleanup to the bullet lists at the end of the job. The quote from Tal was very clear and detailed, and the materials he provided were of high quality. Tal worked with me so that my vision for my basement and bathroom became the reality I envisioned, and now, about a year out, the functionality and pleasure I get from these remodeled spaces is a great enhancement to the house and my quality of life living in it. I highly recommend DT Design and Build and would use them again on future projects!

His team of contractors were incredibly detailed, friendly and kept things exceptionally clean - even though it was a very messy job. Comments: This is the third time we've used DT design & build for work on our house. First project was for some structural work / relocation of our back yard door to a new location, second project was for a new kitchen and third project was for the remodeling of two of our bathrooms, and couldn't be happier with Tal and his team. His entire team is honest, dedicated and nice (but most important, their work is outstanding!). Comments: Tal & his team did an amazing job on the remodel of our master bathroom. What was once a "demo zone" that had been closed off for years is now a gorgeous bathroom that has a true spa feel. From start to finish, Tal was professional and prompt. The crew was hardworking and took great care to protect our hallway and stairway while workers were in and out of the house. They also left the construction area very clean after each day on the job, being sure to vacuum, pick up tools, etc. We felt the pricing of the project was very fair, and the results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend - we will be using them again for our next project!

Comments: Tal and his team are just PROS. While most of you likely used DT design & build for kitchen/bath remodels, I tasked his team with gutting and remodeling my voice studio in my home. Studios have pretty stringent build needs. This meant double walls, a "floated" triple drywalled ceiling, and a SUPER heavy studio door. Their tick-list, and Tal and his team's attention to detail were bar-none some of the best service I've experienced. So much so, my mother and I just called him to estimate the remodel of our master bath. Will he be the cheapest? Nope. But in this industry, you get what you pay for. And what you're paying for with DT design & build is great service and precision.

Comments: After receiving a few quotes we chose DT design & build for our kitchen remodel. They were the best priced and Tal felt like a trustworthy guy. Tal was very straight up with us about the timing of the project start, he kept his promise to have us functional so we could host our family, and was reasonably priced when we asked for additional work to be done, like installing our mantle. Our Project Manager and he was here often to go over the details of the work to make sure everyone was on the same page each workday. The crews were wonderful! Comments: DT design & build were very fast in designing the layout of our project, and also very fast in having their crew start and finish. Overall the project took three days and it went by smoothly and the end result was perfect. They installed turf, pavers, border of pavers, rocks throughout the property and also a retaining wall with drainage to prevent pooling of water in the alley. The work was done professionally and with no issues whatsoever. My project manager was Tal and he was very accommodating in sourcing the exact product we wanted, as well as provide suggestions on what would look best.

Speaking of money, Tal was great at making sure you get the best bang for your buck. I would definitely use them again for any yard project in the future. Comments: Highly satisfied with the work that DT design & build did to my backyard. Tal was my project manager and he provided great service from start to finish. There were some hiccups here and there as with any big projects but a simple message to him always resulted in a quick/timely fix of my concerns. Comments: When deciding to do my whole home renovation, I received multiple offers. Many of which I knew were priced well and came as recommendation. However, I decided to go with Tal at DT Design and Build. He and his crew are honest and trustworthy. I felt comfortable with them in in my home every day for ~7 months. Tal, the project manager was very easy to get in touch with if I ever needed anything and always was prompt with responses. They are highly skilled and do not cut corners. I would highly recommend giving Tal a call if you are interested in doing any type of home renovation. He can provide ideas, suggestions, and walk you through the whole process.

For me, they did a great job installing my irrigation system, new sod and concrete slab for my patio furniture and did a great job adding some decorative rocks and plants along the fence. Comments: They were my contacts here at DT design & build. I cannot state how amazing my experience was. Not only were they not pushy with their suggestions, the suggestions they were recommending were to save me money. Questions such as "how long do I plan on staying?" If less than 3 years, concrete, if forever home, consider pavers. Although I don't plan on staying at my home for longer than 5 years, pavers were ultimately my decision. Tal, my designer, drew out the vision I wanted and it came out better than what I originally envisioned. BTW, these guys work FAST. The crew finished in less than a week... and to top it off, they CLEANED after EVERY NIGHT. Workers are respectful, kind, and detailed. Not to mention they provide 100% financing if you choose that route.

Comments: I just purchased a home earlier this year and have had TERRIBLE experiences with contractors. I've been scammed multiple times, losing out on a lot of money and left with more issues than satisfactory results. That was until I met Tal at DT Design and Build. Tal came by and was open and transparent. He'd seen the work done by previous contractors and guaranteed that he could fix and make it better, AND HE DID! He carefully measured and drew out my perfect outdoor oasis, and when I couldn't afford it all, he was able to scale back and create something that I would still love within my budget--in record time may I add. Within a week my whole yard has been transformed. There is still a lot of work to do, but after 3 contractors, my kids finally have a safe place to enjoy their summers outside. I HIGHLY recommend this company! So grateful to them.
