Comments: So, I made an appointment with Lucio earlier in the week for drywall work in my bathroom. We agreed to meet for a bid that Saturday. I sent him a text on Saturday. "Good morning. I will see you around 12:00 p.m. as per scheduled. Please make sure that you have shoe covers and a mask. If you don't have a mask, I can supply one." Shortly after, his response just hours before he is supposed to be here is, "Good Morning, I apologize. I don't think I am a good fit for this project. I'm sorry for any wasted time. I hope your able to find someone that can meet your needs better. Have a great day." Bad business practice. I have a kitchen project scheduled for this summer and was planning to use whoever could fix the drywall issue in my bathroom. I can and would NEVER recommend using Lucio De Santiago. Comments: We are more than pleased with the with completed Sheetrock on our new 5000 sq ft barndo. The work was done in a timely manner, professionally executed, and with a professional work ethic. The crew was trustworthy and reliable. We highly recommend them and would most certainly use them for any future work!
