Work Description: Sinkhole and Plumbing Repair
Comments: BUYER BEWARE!!I had an extremely infuriating experience with Robert and his company, and I feel obligated to warn others. In August 2024, I hired him to address a sinkhole on my property and complete some crawlspace plumbing work. I paid a 50% deposit of nearly $4,000 upfront. Despite 2 months of delays, false assurances, and lack of communication, the work NEVER began. After repeated requests for a refund via email, text, and postal mail, Robert only returned $1,000, leaving my wife and I with nearly $3,000 unpaid.
I have been forced to take legal action in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court to recover the remaining balance. I would STRONGLY advise anyone and everyone to avoid doing business with Robert and his company. It is my opinion, through personal experience, that Robert has profound issues with reliability, professionalism, accountability, and respect. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!

Work Description: $15k worth of shoddy work
Comments: Robert, the owner is a very nice guy, good salesman personality. I hired him to do over $15,000 worth of work, to include entire house repipe, new tankless hot water heater and rough in / trim out new basement bathroom & kitchen. Aside from the first appt to gain your business, you can count on him telling you he will be there daily to complete the work - then actually show up a week later - after daily harassment- and no updates from him. He’ll have a ton of excuses, promise to come the next day and again not show up. My bigger issue is that the basement shower and vanity install has leaked from day 1. The shower leaking so bad it has damaged the brand new drywall and trim in the hallway outside the bathroom. I can NOT get him back to resolve, thus more and more damage. I paid for kitchen sink to be installed as well when cabinets arrived but since he had chosen to ignore me, I’ll have to pay someone else to finish the install and repair his bad work AND redo brand new drywall and trim. When I brought the issues to his attention, he repeatedly blamed me for causing them - even tho nobody had even been down there since the bad install.Furthermore, he sexually harassed me, asking me for sexual favors in exchange for plumbing - and when I told him I wasn’t a prostitute, he said he was just joking and he ask me on date to have dinner with him. Very unprofessional. I have screen shots of all communication backing everything I’ve claimed here.
DO NOT USE! You’ll have nothing but issues.
