Comments: I don't want this published because I appreciate Drew's crew coming out so quickly and it's not particularly a positive review , but it's not negative either.I will still call upon the crew of Drew because they seemed like they cared.
I still have the same problem.
My next door neighbor keeps yelling at his family every time he awakens. He wakes up every time the boiler comes on in my basement . It clicks really loud.
Put it this way, I have a thee story house and i can hear my heater turn on ..no matter where I am....living room , bed rooms,
People would love to have my problem, if they no heat
Like I said ,this is not a complaint, I will use Drew, for service and maintenance , the serviceman who came out was very nice, even said to me , call me if you need me, but this is a heater that works well.
Do you have any idea where , how I can get rid of thus click sound and the roar of the furnace heating .
When the service man came I turned on the heater and it didn't sound that bad. Like it knew to behave or it will get tinkered with.
But it's loud, especially after midnight when the world is quiet

Comments: Damage my heater and pipes lied he knows what he doing water every were almost three rooms in my basement only need one pipe out he said matter to the other couple years that be the same it's cheaper now!He couldn't even replace the pipes in the shut-off valve correctly that I had to shut off my water from pouring out on my floor then he ran away telling my son that we had to go out and buy heater while my son is still continue cleaning up his mess mind you I am a wheelchair client got angry when I know this man done messed up my heater in my water tank I don't know why he touched my water tank he got angry because I was recorded and I called the police unable to stop him because I was a wheelchair client and I do not feel that he should get away with none of this that he mess up I am very appalled and very angry that this man is a contractor is allowed to go around messing up people home and just walking away like it ain't nothing what goes around come around I hope karma has some real hard God bless you and I hope nobody fall into his hands
