Work Description: sewer line relining

Comments: I had a backed up floor drain that was serviced by another local contractor that determine a broken sewer lateral in the clay pipe on the exterior of my residential property. They recommended a contractor that I was familiar with and was about to have my front yard excavated and remove/repair the line. After some research and advice from a friend who is a superintendent of a large construction company, I decided the best course of action was to reline the sewer lateral. I called Drains R Us and spoke with the office who stated the technician would contact me shortly. The technician called and asked my availability which would be the next day. He then offered to come out in the evening around 7:30 to video scope the line and provide an estimate for repairs at no charge. Any knows a typical plumbing company does not provide service after hours without a significant up charge. The technician was on time and worked diligently and confirmed the break. He stated the office would contact me or I may call in the A.M. Prior to my call, I received the proposal in email and was provided the office number to the owner of the company to discuss the proposal and to schedule. I advised I was not having an issue at the time but wanted to be on the schedule asap or if a cancelation I would be available. The office and the owner kept me informed and advised of issues with schedule and did delay the repair on one occasion due to an emergency water line repair for a family. I was agreeable because I was not having any issue at the time and anyone with children especially around the holiday needs service asap.
The crews showed up on time and worked in excess of 11 hours the first day, 8 hours on day 2 and 4 hours on day three. The relining is very interesting process and to be honest, when my curiosity got me in the way of work, they were polite and accommodating. On completion, they clean up their mess, and were professional. I have given their name out to friends and neighbors and if needed, I will use them again.

Comments: I have used this company for many, many years for work on my personal residence and also my rental properties. For tenant repairs, a technician is onsite usually within 24hrs to fix the issue and in emergency situations someone is there within 4hrs. Repairs are explained before work is completed and the prices are fair/competitive. Responsive and easy to work with. A+

Work Description: Three apts.,# 5,17,18. Replaced garbage disposals, #5 clear toilet line.

Comments: Addressed all three issues and completed on the same day. Work completed on 1/3/25, as requested.

Work Description: Quote for a sump pump

Comments: Arrived 3 hours late,the person that takes calls,told me after i called to complain, that i was informed on the initial call,honestly i don't remember that nor would I accept that.Apon arrival the gentleman was extremely rude,talking over me,he said he was told that i needed a sump pump repair, i told him it was an installation, I told him that 5,000 was the budget proceeds to tell me oh thats the tip of the iceberg( not verbatim) i cant recall his exact words but to that effect, then proceeded to say 20,000 dollars. I felt like i was speaking to a used car salesman, wouldn't let me get a word in,completely rabbiling .despite all of this,i didn't cruss or disrespect this man,Horrible customer service, I would not recommend under no circumstances
