Work Description: Scoping out basement sewer pipe
Comments: Dr Plumber was scheduled to come out and perform the above service on 12.2.20 between 10-2am. My mitigation contractor made the appointment with him. I had work done by dr p plumber almost 4yrs ago and everything went well. That's why I didn't hesitate to give his name to my contractor. What a mistake that was! My contractor left the plumber 3 voicemail messages to make sure he could still make the appointment. He never got a call back. I called the plumber as well and all he kept saying is I will let you know when I will be there. Well, he never called back and I had a good plumber do the job instead. I have removed dr plumber's name from my contact list for the embarrassing no show and my contractor no longer wants to use him as a future contact for customers who may need plumbing work done.

Work Description: He worked on a water heater twice and did some faucet work as well. He also installed a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Comments: Their service is outstanding! He is very punctual and easy to work with. My associates appreciate his low key demeanor.-
