Comments: Price was higher than I wanted. Felt a bit manipulated. Negotiations and Installation ran long. Workers were tidy, but I had a water mess due to an error. Repair diagnosis was faulty. EVEN SO, i'D RECOMMEND THEM BUT ADVISE THEM TO NEGOTIATE A BETTER DEAL THAN i MANAGED.Auburn WA

Comments: Mark, Senior HVAC Advisor, came out to the house. Of all the companies who came out (3 total), he was the only person who took the time to check the ductwork under the house and actually take measurements for a new 'run.' He wasn't the only 1 to spend 2 1/2 hours here, but he was very thorough and we appreciated that. We also compared all the furnace brands and the different quotes and the warranty provided with the product we're purchasing far surpassed the others.Tacoma WA
