Comments: Gavin did an OUTSTANDING job. We purchased a home on a concrete slab and the previous floating floor started buckling and peeling. We also had a huge slope up into my office. He was very honest from the get go on feeling unsure about the flooring lasting on the slope which at first was kinda disappointing as I was not able to visualize a fix. After a few minutes he came up with the idea on building a custom step up into my office in order to ensure the durability and longevity of the flotation floor. I was SUPER pleased with the outcome! Not only did it improve the look of the office, the step he built was really an additional safety feature to our floor as my daughter would slip on it and fall. During the process of prepping he was very thorough and his attention to detail is impeccable. You never know what’s under the current floor and we soon realized we had more underlying issues. Gavin has very good communication and worked with us every step of the process. He also adapted super well when an issue would arise and stuck to it. He was even able to remove a transition piece from the hallway as we will soon have a crawler as well as the plate under the bathroom toilet due to poor craftsmanship of the previous installation. Honestly, if I was in the situation he was in with our installation, I would have not been able to endure it.The many hours he put in leveling and building the custom step was much appreciated. He even taught us a few things! If you are looking for a floor guy, he’s the one!

Comments: I was looking into getting my living room and kitchen floor redone along with my office area and I had no idea where to begin. I reached out to Dorman The Floorman LLC and they had walked me through every step from beginning to end of what the process was going to be. I was worried about pricing cause I know having floors put in are not cheap but I received the best quote through this company verses anyone else I reached out too and they did such and amazing job! I could not be more satisfied with my new floor! I would 10/10 recommend this company! Thanks for all your hard work!
