Work Description: Plumbing (review is for Jesse Saunders)

Comments: If this review is for the work of Jesse Saunders I am extremely disappointed. We have work not completed and promises made with no follow-up. He completed the job and took payment but never left an invoice which was needed for inspection purposes on a home sell. We had problems with his work the very next day and he stated he would return. He has become hard to communicate with and has not returned to complete the work. We now have to hire another plumber to go over his job that he has been paid to do. I recommend asking to see his license. He stated he has a license but I would just make sure. I am extremely dissatisfied and angered with the treatment we have received.
I'm sorry we had a communication probably. Before I started the I thought that you understood I had a funeral out of town to attend. That was why I work so late, around 9 pm to complete job with no extra charge. You asked for a special invoice and I stated I would email you one , as I did, after I got back from funeral and caught back up on regular calls and it would be first part of this week. I can come by this afternoon and double check if as and raise box for prv a couple inches. I normally like to double check pressures when they are over 140 because they don't allways hold with one prv because that is extremely high. Please message me and let me know what time this afternoon will work for you. I'm available after 4. Thanks

Comments: Jessie with DoRight was late getting here but had been involved in an auto accident. He came anyway and even had to borrow another truck. The leak was outside and It was cold and rainy. He had to go back to the store for more parts and stayed with the job until he finished. I was very pleased with his character and determination.

Work Description: Repair faucets in Master Bath

Comments: Absolutely terrible! Tracked dirt throughout house and finally apologized and took off his shoes. Was late coming both days. Replaced two fixtures in two sinks in my master bathroom. Both leaked after work completed. Failed to respond to two texts, as well as the left message on his voice mail.

Comments: Jesse explained what he would be doing and had it all done in a reasonable time. He cleaned up after he was done. Price for this job was excellent . Highly recommend this company and I will be using them again for any plumbing problems in the future.

Comments: I liked his work. He explained everything in detail. He was thorough. He still has some minor toilet repairs to finish. He showed up later than he said (2hours) but I didn’t mind as long as he did good job.

Work Description: Fixing a leaking bathtub faucet. Plumber left without fixing the leak and it was worse. Plumber said he would be back the next day. I did not hear from them. I called the plumber back on Monday and he said he or someone would be there at 3pm. I stayed home from work and no one showed up. I had to call Bracken Plumbing and they finally got the job done.

Comments: Not punctual. Unreliable. Did not have the correct parts. Did not follow up. Because the tub had no shutoff, basically had to shut the water off and on throughout the weekend. Based on this experience, I would not recommend. I was also charged a service charge, but nothing was completed.
