Comments: My water lines burst at the most inconvenient time! Very professional, fixed things i didn’t even know were wrong to bring them “up to code,” and even fixed a little leak under my kitchen sink while he was under there. Didn’t even have to go without my dishwasher or clothes washer that night! Cleaned up very well after having to cut a small piece of my drywall to fix the lines to my tub too. Comments: I had the nightmare scenario with my toilet, it was ridiculously clogged. I had (stupidly) poured a croc pot full of chicken tortilla soup down the toilet, and the shredded chicken created quite the blockade. I thought I had tried everything to get the toilet unclogged, and the situation had become incredibly frustrating. I gave Doctor Rooter a call and they were extremely helpful in fixing the problem. Comments: James came out to my house to try and help me with my plumbing issues. When he arrived he let me explain what the issue was and then did his inspection. Before just jumping in and doing stuff then giving me a random bill, he spoke with me about what the issue was and what it was going to cost to fix it.
