Work Description: fabricate 18x50 new slab integrate with existing driveway. Resurface 16x24 Driveway.
Comments: DMT should be not trusted or utilized for any engagement. Their practices are predatory and unprofessional. DMT had sub-standard concrete fabricating hand digging to inadequate depth, did not utilize gravel or effective rebar. Form was poorly created creating improper drainage and water damage. Work was delayed several times over 3 weeks with partial completions being performed. Overran budget and requested cash payment of extra effort and material overrun. Required customer to pay concrete delivery personally due to failed payment history. Once paid left work unfinished for customer. Stay away from this contractor.-
