Work Description: Powerwashing Exterior
Comments: Worse than terrible. As senior citizens, we were conned, scammed and cheated. They gained our trust and deceived us. They abandoned the job without finishing and left us with a pile of construction debris. They ruined some of our vinyl siding and the tried to reattach it with wood screws. They damaged our deck and replaced the wood with unpressurized pine of the lowest quality against building code.The rest of their work was worse than shoddy. They charged us an exorbitant amount of money all the while smiling and reassuring us that all will taken care of. They just left. We will be spending a great deal of money to correct the mess we were left with.We will seek legal action to recover our costs plus damages. Warning! Beware of this company. They are nothing more than scammers preying on trusting seniors.Milford NJ

Comments: Our basement had been a wet mess for many years. We contacted Diamond ridge for an estimate, found the cost to be reasonable and the representative experienced and knowledgeable. By allowing the company to choose the first available date for our work (as opposed to us insisting on a certain date), we even saved money! The work was completed in two days and those guys really worked HARD. They were generally respectful of our property and even agreed to power wash the cement marks off our driveway, even though they would wash away in time. Now our cellar is dry and smells better. We are SO pleased!Wayne NJ
