Work Description: new spring on garage door
Comments: Poorly run company. They had someone come out and replace the spring on our garage door. A few months later I called back because the door was falling the last bit when closing it. They came back out, claimed the previous guy had stolen the money from them, replaced the spring again AND CHARGED me a second time. Have been fighting them for 3 months now to get a refund and they refuse to call back. Always an excuse as to why he hasn't refunded us. Now they refuse to respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Would give 0 stars if that was an option.-
