Comments: horrible and terrible don't do this experience justice-repeated promises of return calls, which are never returned. contracted them to replace window, do capping and pointing-their work crew took wrong measurement for window-ordered wrong size, three months later, work still not complete, we are told owner will return calls to discuss completion, but never receive promised call! this was a colossal waste of time!! very frustrating! don't waste your time with this company-find a professional to do, not an amateur. called 07/15, was promised return call, still waiting! customer service is a joke! don't waste your time or moneyPhiladelphia PA

Comments: They responded immediately and also did an excellent job repairing my roof. The roof was loaded with snow which the team removed and sealed the roof. I felt confident about the work also the price was fair and affordable. I was so relieved after in the heart of an extremely bad snowstorm with more snow pending I was able to have my roof repaired. The water was also seeping into a light fixture which posed another danger of electrocution. I was finally able to get a good night sleep after Devlin Contracting did an excellent job. Comments: I contacted Pat through an ad he distributed and left him know I had a leak that was so bad that when it rained it poured in from a second floor roof and the kitchen roof also was leaking. I had to have the whole kitchen redone and he gave me the name of a contractor to do the kitchen and also worked together with Pat to raise the kitchen roof. I got an estimate for the two roofs which were fairly priced and a very professional job was done and his workmen and him stayed until the job was done. When you call Pat and ask any questions he will answer them and the work is very professional and I highly recommend Devlin Contracting.

Comments: I emailed Delvin Contracting Compamy 3pm on a Friday afternoon explaining the issue I was having at my home . I received a call back within an hour of my post from their office . The secretary was very friendly she Was able to send the contractor out the next morning to give me a free estimate and I must say he was very punctual . Pat came out took pictures of my roof and on the spot was able to give me an estimate . The price was very responsible so I asked when can he start and he said Monday morning. I thought wow this is moving along smoothly. Pat and his crew showed up as promised Monday morning set up and was hard at work they didn’t stop until the the job was complete. Work Description: Tuck point the bricks above my second floor bay window.
Comments: Mr Devlin was quick to arrive on the scene and do the job. In fact the neighbors say he was on the roof for about 5 minutes and back down again.I told Mr. Devlin I would meet him at the property. I was about 15 minutes away. When I arrived he was gone. When I called Mr Devlin, he assured me that he had completed the job and tuck pointed all the bricks in the small area where the cement had eroded above the Bay window. He guaranteed me that he would come back and fix any problems “in the same area” . Two weeks later there was a wind driven rain that leaked through the bricked front in the “ same spot” that Mr Devlin said he had fixed before. I called Mr Devlin. First he gave all kinds of reasons why it was my fault, then he said he was busy but would come out and fix it in a few days and call me first. After a few days there was no call. I continued to call and leave voicemail messages. “Please return my call ! “ I got no response. After a few days I finally called and left a message on his voicemail. I asked him to return my call and schedule an appointment, but if he didn’t return my call that I was going to file in small claims court . Mr Devlin called back immediately, cursed me and said it was my fault for paying him. He said, “Go ahead and sue”, and then hung up ... I think perhaps this time he was right! How’s that for customer service?

Comments: Pat, his wife, his sister-in-love and the entire crew are God sent! I went online seeking a roofer and within minutes, Ms. Corrine had contacted me. Less than 24 hrs. Pat and crew were at my house checking out the roof and giving me a free estimate. BINGO, he got the job and job WELL DONE!!! He kept me informed of what needed to be done.
