Comments: Still waiting for debris to be removed from my property. The cut was completed over two weeks again. The owner, Carlos Delrio is a liar and he and his staff/crew are not to be trusted. DO NOT use Devil Dog.
We definitely explain to customer. We was going to put Debris, in front for the county to remove the debris. It’s very upsetting when you do a good job for a customer and they write such a terrible review of our company.

Comments: Did not remove yard waste. Did not cut branches to regulation size for county to pick up, Still awaiting county to pick it up. Did not trim grasses to my specification of 1o to 12 inches. They were various sizes. Left their water bottles stuck in my palm trees. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Seems they ran out of steam at end. Had no pride in their work.

Comments: He trimmed the palm branches near the telephone pole which holds the FPL transformer........he left one palm frond there. He way overcharged me for his work.
We went and did our job correctly and cleaned up. She just wanted me to do a second job there that wasn’t part of the estimate. That’s why she gave me a bad review.

Comments: Carlos and his crew were excellent in doing the above work in our back yard. Their pricing was reasonable and fair. They cleaned everything up and were very professional. Highly recommend them for any type of tree service.

We never told this customer we accepted to do the job. This is unbelievable when you don’t even do work for someone and never told them we accepted the job for them and they write a bad review. Terrible person.

Comments: Charlie & helper arrived on time. Charlie was very cordial. Cut & removed tree with out any damage to surroundings. Did all the above even in the rain. Cleanup was hampered due to all the rain, but left only remenence of saw dust. His price was very reasonable & well below other competitors.

Comments: They quoted a price for the tree to be removed and two stumps to be removed. I agreed to the price because I felt it was fair. They said give so much down and the rest when the job was finished. They said they would come back with the stump grinder within a week. That was two weeks ago and I have still not heard from them. They are not returning my calls. I’ll change the rating if they show up and finish the job.

Comments: I hired them to remove a large cactus from my front lawn and take it away. Yes they did remove it from my lawn ,but they disposed of it in an empty wooded lot across the street from my house! I repeatedly told them they could not leave it there but was told it was by the owner Charlie. I have been getting calls and knocks on my door from neighbors complaining about illegal dumping. I have contacted the company numerous times and have been ignored. I paid $700 for a job half done. Now I am being harrassed by neighbors and ignored by the company to remove the cactus from the lot across the street.
