Work Description: Remove rotted garage fascia and support. Replace, install flashing, caulk and paint what was added.
Comments: James was pleasant to work with throughout. Came out and provided a quote without any cost to me. Added items that I wanted to make sure the repair would last for decades. We did have to add some additional replacement components after learning of some additional damage but the additional cost wasn’t out of bounds. I took his card and will contact or refer him to others that might need similar work.Grover MO
