Comments: Delco over promises and under delivers. Quick to get you bid and started, but then strings out the job to keep you and likely many others on the hook. Committed to full crew with cherry picker and only had a cherry picker a few hours resulting in upper work not being fully completed. Work was on 2 properties. Settled with full agreement and promises to top 3 ornamental trees that could not be reached. No call; no show multiple times and no longer responding to any contact. Work completed in the trees was good, but I would not engage with them again; nor would I recommend them. Without the cherry picker they were not conscientious regarding allowing limbs to fall onto shrubbery below and did damage some shrubs. Disappointing, as they were polite and friendly, yet in the end, untrustworthy.Fort Wayne IN
