Comments: They did an amazing job on our backyard. Moises and Mary explained everything to us clearly and accommodated our requests. Mary was very communicative of the timeline of the project and the teams arrival time. Moises and the team worked nonstop even when the weather was excruciatingly hot. They finished the job earlier than scheduled and left the area clean. Great quality and professional job. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend them to others 100%.

Comments: These guys did a great job and even when a couple of defects cropped up they came right in and corrected them

Comments: These guys worked hard but the end result was terrible. The broomed finish was all splotchy and looks terrible. When we called to have someone come out to see it; they wouldn't come. Another concrete guy advised us that it needs an acid wash to correct the problem but the company wouldn't come out and now we are left with a mess. We will be calling Jesse on Kiro 7 or file a claim with small claims court. Don't hire these guys if you want a broomed finish.

Comments: Del Valle Construction installed our new concrete driveway. Our old asphalt was quite deteriorated being 40years old. We are completely satisfied with the finished project. Steve and Mosis, the leaders on the project we’re friendly and professional always concerned with our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for your concrete project. Seems like a great family construction company.

Comments: They did a superb job. They went beyond the call of duty. They were not only professional but very friendly, kind and compassionate. My mother needed a side walk around the house for her wheelchair and they check to make sure they knew exactly how I need to move the wheelchair from sidewalk to in the house. They made sure the upper platform was a nice transition for the wheelchair. A plus rating from us.

Work Description: Create a patio out in backyard.

Comments: I just found this page or I would have done my review earlier. We had Junior and the crew come out last fall and do a patio in our backyard, they took up the sod and did all the work of preparing and poured the patio, it looks great and we are happy with the work. There was a little discrepancy in where that sod was put when it was removed and as soon as I called they promptly returned and took care of it to my satisfaction. So that is what is most important to me for customer service is there was a couple discrepancies they were taken care of immediately and we will definitely do business with Junior and the crew again!

Work Description: Replaced sunken/damaged garage floor slab

Comments: Very happy with their work completed on October 9th 2020 in Everett. Junior did exactly what he promised on the day he promised with superior results. His team worked hard the entire day and stayed late to finish up when the cement took a little longer to set up for final finishing. They had to demo the entire old garage floor, remove all the debris, fill with various kinds of gravel and pack it properly in preparation for the new cement. Set rebar through the entire slab area and poured the new cement. Once set enough, his team began to smooth and finish the surface which turned out exceptionally well. Will hire them again for any future cement work needs. Well done to Junior and his team.

Comments: Junior and Mericela are amazing and very easy to work with. Junior and his team did an amazing job on my driveway. I would definitely use them to replace my back patio project in the future. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. I had many questions during the project and everyone on the team nice and happy to answers all my questions. The owner had a special touch that made the driveway extra special, I find people driving up to my driveway taking pictures and compliments from strangers.

When he arrive to your house, he was on a important phone call and was kindly ending the call. By this moment you where yelling and using one of words mother fu***er and requesting that he sucked your genitals. Demanding junior to give you and estimate is completely unacceptable in that form. Comments: Never was able to even get an estimate everything was going well I was due to have an 11:00 appointment. Maricela called and told me he would be approximately 30 to 40 minutes late due to show up at 11:30 11:40 I said Okay that was fine. At 11:42 I had had no phone call and the gentleman Junior had not shown up. By 12:45 Junior had finally shown up, then Junior proceeded to sit in his truck across the street from my house for another 10 minutes. When he was confronted about being late and sitting in the truck on the phone he had the audacity to get out and say this is about respect I said exactly you're over an hour late and now you're sitting in your truck on the phone can you just come and do the job. Jr. Proceeded to have an attitude and say this is about respect I told Jr f*** you just leave Junior I'm not the one who needed the money I didn't need the job I just wanted the job done and there's one in a number of motherfukers that'll do the job.

Comments: Del Valle removed our concrete driveway and connecting sidewalks and replaced with concrete. The work was suburb. All was completed in a timely fashion. Unique design features were added that make the finished product look more like a piece of art. The workers were punctual, polite and always listened to any of our comments or questions. The price was reasonable. We would highly recommend Del Valle for any concrete construction project.

Comments: They left my yard a complete mess, did not replace dirt around concrete, left concrete spray on my newly painted house and a couple places on back of house had small marks were the paint was missing. They are very nice people and very prompt.
