Work Description: I had Degree Air come for an estimate to replace my heat pump/AC. Previously I had been told that the compressor was not working and as my unit was old, I needed to replace it rather than try to repair.
Comments: Mark, the specialist from Degree Air came, after checking my unit, said that although he would love to sell me a new unit, he found my unit to be working as it should -- and there was no service charge! What a refreshing relief to find a company genuinely interested in the customer's true needs rather than their gain. Work Description: Installed a C wire from roof AC to hallway, mounted a new thermostat.
Comments: They were able to quote me what I considered a reasonable price, and were able to get me the ecobee4 thermostat at a competitive price. Very knowledgeable ... and honest! Enjoyed talking to Ryan; very personable. I think the only somewhat negative point I would state is the undertone of tension between the two reps who called/texted me = Ryan and Mark. I discussed this with Ryan, who I chose to work with, and gave constructive criticism on my perception as a customer. He was very receptive and understanding and agreed with my stance. Regardless, I would hire Ryan and his tech Jason again without a second thought. Very fast, precise, quality work and a same-day appointment! Overall, I was very happy and would use Degree AC again.-
