Comments: We had Edwards ome out after another company stopped working.They ended up doing work for less than previous estimates.
They also let us know we did not need to replace frame work under deck because it was in great shape.
That saved thousands.
They ripped off old decking and rail.
When they were done the deck looked brand new.
All of are family and neighbors have complemented deck.
We saved a good amount and are very happy.
We will refer them to anyone looking for this kind of work.

Comments: Vincent Edwards is a FRAUD. You can find him under multiple business names including Decks by Vincent and Edwards Construction. He will promise everything and demand a 60% deposit through zelle. Do not fall victim to his scam. He walked off with the 60% deposit and never completed the work.Look him up at the BBB under Edwards Construction. He continues to steal from his customers. His contractor license is expired. He keeps saying "we, my techs, my crew, my lawyer". He has nobody or a company for that matter. He sends one guy for an hour a day. He was removed from Thumbtack because of his practices. He caused property damage and left trash on our property to clean up. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Work Description: Major repairs to my balcony. It was basically a rebuild.
Comments: Vinny of Edwards Construction gave me an honest assessment of the work to be done. His costs were fair and even though we had to make some adjustments to meet village requirements, his cost never deviated from the original estimate. I will use Edwards Construction again.-
