Comments: Work originally look good after it was installed in wet conditions. After drying different parts of gate stated to bucker. Work started May repairs still not completed! Empty promise that someone will be over to correct work. Its going on 6 months and I am still unhappy of this job!Harker Heights TX

I actually met him this past Saturday and he ensured to correct the project the best way possible without having to tear everything down. I appreciate him coming out and seeing that his contractor did not complete a satisfactory job. Please ensure you speak with him when there is an issue on your project.Killeen TX

Comments: John Dees is very unprofessional and rude. Failed to show multiple times refused to have me have someone there to correct the defects and even refused half now and half after project was completed. Got upset as after stating he wanted only me there I stood on that. Wanted me to be in his time when he had from April 30, 2024 until May 15, 2024 to have the project completed. My child’s basketball and bike was stolen due him stating they will come and not show so I locked my gate back like it was previously and he felt I should continue to leave it open as he wanted me to but did not offer to replace the stolen items due to his failure to show.Clifton TX
