Comments: I probably would have hired and I still need work done but after multiple calls I finally had a visit from Mr. Schertz's man to work up estimates but have never heard a word back so I guess I'll be starting from scratch to find someone willing to do the work. Apparently they have enough work without mine but I wish they had just said so because I've wasted my time.
Mrs. Vaughn, Sorry for any confusion. As I had told you over the phone when we spoke I would be out of town and out of pocket until this passed weekend. Which I returned home yesterday (Sunday). I am sorry if you feel like I have wasted your time. I always try to be upfront and honest with people. That's why I told you about me being out of town. In no way form or fashion did I mean to disrespect you. Again all I can do is apologize and say that I am sorry for any confusion on my part.
