Comments: I had been communicating with the assigned 'Pro' and we had agreed upon a price and pick up time for a mattress and box spring. Address and directions were given and no one showed up. Attempts to reach the person I was communicating with were unsuccessful and no follow up to say they were delayed or could no longer do the project. Very frustrating and disappointing!Madison WI

Comments: Day after I realized one side of fence not completely cleaned out. Large invasive trees would need to be cut down. Daniels landscaping is refusing to come back to finish the missed plants and trees. Said I said everything looked great before they left on the day they worked on my yard. Paid large sum of money for this project. Feel ripped off! I trusted Freddie that all work was checked out. My mistake didn't walk around all of fence. They also cut down 2 burning bushes, ornamental grass and ferns around spruce tree. For claiming to be landscapers figure they should be able to tell a weed from a domestic plant and bushes. I am very disappointed in their service. Their clean up not great. I am a 75 senior citizen and feelmy disabled husband and I have been taken advantage of for the $3687.00 we paid Daniels landscaping.
