Comments: Do not work with Dale Cooper. We contracted with him in November of LAST YEAR. It is nearly June. He has made dozens of excuses about lack of labor help, family emergencies, illness, etc. The guy will not complete the work you pay him to do.At the very least, do not give him any form of down payment. He has thousands of dollars of our money as a down payment for materials and its obvious the job is not going to be completed.
Stay away from this guy.

Comments: Dale did my vinyl siding, facia and soffit installation last year as quoted and installation was impressive until a piece or two started falling off the house in a couple of months. He said he would repair but never did. Maybe the wind?I decided to have him replace all my windows this year. I called him and he come out and did an estimate. I gave him 7K down payment and never did get him to complete the work. I have had him promise me over and over (11 times) in 7 months still not given me my money back or finished the work. Run like hell away from this thief.

He advised he'd get back to me by the next day with a rendering, estimate, tentative start date, and photos of previous projects. It has been nearly two weeks, there has been no contact, and I've received none of these things. I have perilously little patience with people who don't keep their commitments. It's unprofessional. Maybe Dale's is a hobby business or something. If not, it's certainly operated like one. Maybe others have had better experiences, but I won't be working with Dale.Coalmont TN
