I talked to J.R. on the phone and Mike came to do our work within 2 hours on the day after a holiday when I had no dishwasher, microwave, or lights in my kitchen. He called me within 1 minute of my submission of the request, came when he said he would and did a fantastic job, especially finding a way to NOT cut a huge hole into the ceiling to install the recessed lighting.
