Work Description: Tree Trimming & Thinning
Comments: The service calls was quick. But the quote was so pricey for $425 to trim 6 medium height (10 ~ 12' ) arborvitaes. Tim & his cleaning mate arrived 10:00 AM on Saturday and he worked about one and half hour to complete all the trimming. Very basic cutting but not very detailed trim, all the Arborvitaes have shown lots of lumpy edges.They did not look professional results that cost me $425 in only 1 & 1/2 hour, it was over price in my opinion. In the future, I will buy an electronic trimmer and do it all by myself that will save money to do more other projects.West Richland WA

Comments: Great work by all employees. The came in, we showed them the work that we wanted done and they hopped on it. Painted the interior of our home in three days. Took great care to make everything nice and neat. Took out our carpet and put hardwood flooring down. All work was done with great care and respect for the home. Comments: I was not to happy with the way the work was being done. You sent three guys to do a two man job. One person did the trimming while the other two leaned on their rackes and their pickup truck. The person doing the trimming was not very professional. He would ask me if the trimming was enough. I told him What do you think? Does it look good to you? It wasn't good. It was not a good job for the $600.00 I paid.Kennewick WA
