Comments: They don’t clean after themselves and not everything is left to your satisfaction
This is not true, Mr Will Sepulveda, hired us to install hardwood floor in his very unlevel and old Floors that had many issues being more then 2" unlevel from corner to corner, we did a very satisfying hardwood installation after all. We never left debris behind, disposing even his old one no releted to us, I don't understand this review, when my direct lane is always open to any one of our customers.

Work Description: Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

Comments: The contractor showed up 30 minutes late (he wrote down the wrong address), I had to explain the project three separate times, and he said he'd get me a quote right away but it's been 96 hours and he has not reached out. Pretty disappointed.
Sorry! For haven't get back to you yet, our estimates are ways sent by e-mail, some times with in week time, every thing is reviewed calculated and proper, itemized proposals. This is a busy time for us, your estimate would be send this week. Regard to your address, it's very difficult and confusing address added to the traffic, that's why we all give appointment with window of half hour. I was little be disappointed also, with the nature of the project, its was calling for Major renovations, but basically you need a furniture removal from the house. Even though I gave you time and sincerity on my estimate, which's seating on my desk, let me know if it still wanted. Thanks for the opportunity, Al
