Comments: Excellent workmanship and service; understandable explanations of the problem and solutions. Took extra initiative to ensure the new opener would operate properly, quietly and be securely installed, door was re-centered in the opening and spring was adjusted/stretched out.
Would definitely contact this pro again for any additional garage door work/ repair.

Work Description: I had an old wooden door that was heavy and loud. Crystal Door came out gave me an estimate and installed the door the next day.

Comments: I wanted to repair my door and not spend as much as I did but the technician from Crystal gave me options for both. He recommended the new door because "the cost would no longer match the value" I love my new door and the guys from Crystal did a beautiful job.
