Comments: I hired Creative Effects landscaping to purchase and replace rotted fence boards. Wilson gave me a quote of $300 ($l00 to buy materials and $l50 hourly. They didn't purchase or replace any boards, just nailed my 2x4 to the back side of existing fence and used a nail gun to attach the fence boards to it. They were here about l/2 hour. I feel I was way overcharged for the work; Wilson won't return my calls. I would not hire them again. Jackie Face, 253-564-8407 2x4
