Comments: They contacted me right away to see what I needed. I was sent a text when my tech was on the way so I knew when to expect him. The tech was super helpful, he knew exactly what he was doing. We have an oil burner and not many people know how to work on these and he had all the knowledge to take care of it!! He was so nice and respectful.We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Comments: Came out the next day to replace the thermostat. Asked to inspect my furnace and I said ok. He found a part that was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide throughout my house when the furnace was running. Came back the next day and replaced my furnace. They saved me from a dangerous situation and possibly saved my life. Very grateful to them.Dayton OH

Comments: Little confusing that this says Craft Construction. I hired Universal Heating & Cooling, which has the same phone number. This gave me pause, but in the end very satisfied with results. Jonathan was quick to respond, easy to set up appt, and once here made me feel very comfortable in a no-bullshit way. Install went smoothly and my house was cool in no time! Even included a service package as part of my price to do price to do spring and fall tuneups - all at a very affordable price - nearly $2000 less than my original quote.-
