Comments: Erick and his crew were excellent contractors. Erick was very responsive, from calling right away to make appt for an estimate, to coming out and explaining what he was going to do and how long it would take. Everyday his crew was here at 830AM ready and willing for a hard days work. We remodeled main bathroom and totally gutted it to the studs. He was very informative, very fair, said what he meant and meant what he said. His crew was polite and neat and everyday would clean up before leaving for the day. My wife and I would highly recommend him. In fact, we liked his work so much, we asked him to redo our basement floor and weather proof it from the elements. We have all good things to say about Erick and his work ethic! He is highly recommended by us in Mahopac, NY.

The team dug new footings and cut old cement steps to make space for the new ledger board. They built a cement landing. For the steps and built s door. In the lattice work to allow for access under. The deck Everything was done. Correctly new deck is solid and looks great. Very happy with. The end results. Well Worth. The price paid

Hi was prompt in giving his estimate .He was available to start almost immediately ..He did what he said he would do and in the time frame he promised .He managed our expectations very well while maintaining his flexibility to read the job as it unfolded and respond /adjust according to deliver the project comfortably on schedule
While the above was the most impressive for me ,the work itself was also very good and Erick was good to check in with me on , critical aesthetic decisions before proceeding with work and he went the extra distance to modify the kitchen
Erick guys were also great workers and followed his lead in professionalism , courteousness and always provided a thorough clean up
The experience was very pleasant and i would not hesitate to work with cpe services llc again
