Comments: First mistake asked to use the bathroom before barely say hi. Then tried to say we needed to tear down perfectly good tiles and rip out a perfectly good tub just to replace leaking pipes. Then wouldn’t write an estimate, said he only does verbal quotes. He never called back for when he could start the work. Comments: I was renovating a house with 2 upstairs bedrooms that had no heat to them. Cox installed a new heating unit in the basement and worked with me to run the duct work in a way that was of minimal distraction. That is hard to do in an older house! Comments: Unbelievably bad experience. On May 22, 2017 we signed a contract to install a split A/C system at my daughter's town house in Charlestown and gave him $ 8<000 deposit. From that date until September 6, 2017 he never came to her unit, the job site. He continued lying and not keeping many scheduled appointments and did not answer phone calls. He realized he cannot do the job and after being threatened by lawsuits he started refunding the deposit on installments between August 4,2017 until September 6,2017. Summer passed without an A/C in my daughter's unit. Very frustrating and stressful. He should not be in the business and the State should take away his license.Marshfield MA
