Comments: Just so you know, I make 5 star reviews rarely. Because it affects all of us. From day one with Ben Steffens discussing what Covenant offered and their promise. I chose them because of their fair price and the company attitude. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. It's all about caring about your customer and being forthright about what your selling. Ben explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions. Followed up through out the process. Then time for the actual work. Brook Snow and his crew were able to finish in one day, as storms were moving in.The fact that they were able to come sooner than expected was spot on timing. They gave a reasonable date range for all of the steps. Followed up by phone and email. Work area was secured so as not to leave a mess. The team members were polite and went about their work. Brook met with me after the job to make sure everything was up to my expectations and if I had any issues. Kudos to the whole team. I would recommend Covenant to other people.Jacksonville FL

Comments: Brandon Korey came and gave us an estimate on our roof. He was very pleasant and courteous. He had all the info we needed. He went above what he had to do.
