Comments: I ask for a quotation estimate and the rep did not have paper he had a small computer tablet and did everything on that, I did not see a paper copy until the next day, and some of the discounts he had told me I would get were not on the contract. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am an 80 year old woman living alone.I don't know what I can do about it, or who to contact.
