Comments: John came out to my house the same day. Described as what needed to be done. Seemed like a nice guy. Since then he has ghosted me. Very strange. I don’t have an issue with a simple “no can do”. Not following up and responding to reach outs is not cool. Oh well, plenty others out there who want my business.
