Comments: This company is completely fraudulent and ridiculous. Posting on Facebook with promises of free minor repairs and assessments only to show up and not even look at the system; just an immediate quote of $10,000 for a new system?!? What a joke.I am a freelance writer for multiple HVAC companies in the US and so I know the way that it works and how a customer should be treated. This was a complete mess from start to finish — which wasn’t long at all.
Advertising the way they do as the summer months approach, especially here in Texas, and they are only offering “free” help to ensure they get to the home first and get the job and payment first before any other companies are called.
Needless to say, I did NOT purchase a new $10,000 system, and after an $800 fix, my system is working again. Yes, that’s right, $800; that’s $9,200 cheaper than what these jokers quoted me when they promised to come out and assess the system (which they did NOT) and fix minor issues for free (also did NOT).
DON’T fall for the scam here. These guys are only after big money and not customer care or budget-friendly and honest fixes and solutions. Take my advice or don’t, either way, BE SURE TO LOOK SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE FOR HELP. 👎👎👎👎👎

Girls that answer the phone are great and Brandon came out to look at my A/C unit and told me exactly what was wrong and explained the whole process to me. No pressure sales! I highly recommend Copeland! I even signed up for the monthly maintenance program so I can call 1 company for all trades.-
