Work Description: Build Deck and Assemble Gazebo
Comments: If I could give them a zero I would. I gave them $2120. The work they did was so subpar. The deck wasn't put together correctly. They left out bracing, the screws they used were too short, they actually damage the gazebo. They left screws out, bent attachments to fit because they put the posts in wrong, they hung the drapes inside out, the drapes won't close. Numerous other issues to mention. When I asked to come fix the problem, they stated they would but never showed up. Numerous communication problems. The owner, Terry Cherry stated he would have someone follow up to fix issues, but it never happened. I even tried emailing them, but their email didn't work and they don't answer texts or phone calls. Stay away from Terry Cherry and Constructive Services LLC. They are scam artists.Louisville KY

He told me what materials I needed, gave me a print out of what was needed and the cost of the project. I had a trip scheduled and Mr. Cherry completed my project while I was away, and when I tell you he did an awesome job, I really mean that! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM. Comments: I hired Constructive Services to demo and lay concrete for my driveway due to the excessive cracks in it. Timothy explained to me how the job will be performed in language that I could understand. He explained the time-frame it would take from start to finish depending on the weather.
