Comments: Eric Conner gave an estimate to paint my living room and uo the stairs in a satin finish. The day he came to paint; he said he would not profit using satin, though the price he quoted included satin.Later he denied satin was ever mentioned and said nobody uses satin anymore.
He did not prep the walls properly. The spackling was not done properly, not smooth. He painted over previous runs, which he was aware of when questioned about.
After he was paid he said look at the walls in several days and he would come back to do touchup painting. He missed a post. He has not returned. He said my mom at 65 could get on an exstension later and paint it. I paid him in full in good faith that he would return and make things right and he chose not to.
