Comments: Doug Chatham cheated us, lied to us, milked us, and ditched us. We paid $2,285 to him. Every time he came to our home he wanted money. Once we paid the job in full before completion. He decided he wasn't going to finish the job. He didn't pay the sub contractors either. The job is only halfway completed and he left our yard a complete disaster. He needs to be jailed for fraud and my opinion on that will NEVER change.Oklahoma City OK

I paid him in full for labor and martials, now he will not reply or respond to email, voice mail or text. Comments: Doug is a complete and total fraud. He shows up and talks a big game. He always shows up to collect the money, but he left us holding the bag. He did not pay the concrete company for the concrete and now there is a $13,000 lien on our home. He has not responded to any correspondence and even though we hired an attorney we have received no response. He has no qualms about taking hard working peoples’ money. There are not many people I know who have an extra $13,000 just lying around, so you can imagine the burden that this is now putting upon our family. I would highly recommend not trusting him to do any sort of work for you.Oklahoma City OK

Comments: Sometimes an experience with a contractor teaches you a valuable lesson. My lesson turned into a nightmare. One that left a lien on my property. Do not do business with anyone by the name of Doug Chatham or sometimes by Paul Chatham here in OKC or for that matter in any other city. He is a real snake. His Company name is Concrete Solutions, and the only solution he has for you is to steal your money. My project was a large driveway with amounted to just over 33k. I would rate the quality of work at a 6. After paying him in full I received a certificate letter from concrete company that they had not been paid for over 14k in concrete. Which they gave me notice of lien. You can leave phone messages and text but he won’t answer them. Here comes the lesson learned. Didn’t do a background check on this scammer. He has done others the same way. Moving forward with legal team. Good luck with your projects but stay far away from this concrete guy.Oklahoma City OK

Comments: Looked good when they left. Couple months later a crack developed. Called Doug a couple of times to look at it, contract on workmanship good for a year. He came out to put sealer on it and to watch if got wider. My wife said he was very rude to her. I texted him again a month later as I noticed the crack widened. He said he would look at the next week. A week later texted him again, no response. Texted him a third time, no response. If you need a concrete job done, find someone more reliable and professional. Comments: I have an elderly mother that needed to replace her patio. From the 1st meeting I was impressed. They responded quickly and seemed understanding of our situation. The patio turned out better than we expected. Then after they job was done and they were gone we received a thank you card in the mail.If I had to pick one word to describe this company it would be excellence.
I would definitely use Concrete Solutions again and recommend them highly.

He listened to the challenges we had and assisted us with a solution. The team that came out to repair our driveway did an excellent job in a timely manner. The price was very competitive to the others that came out, but the customer service helped us choose Concrete Solutions. I am glad we did. The men that came out and redid our driveway were very skilled and stayed right on schedule. Comments: I had no problem with the quality of the work that was done the subcontractors did a good job. Doug chasm was punctual my only problem was that I paid Dutch have them in full and he did not pay one of the subcontractors which was the concrete company sooner Ready Mix. So sooner Ready Mix filed a lien on my home or close to $1,000. I gave the chasm many months make the payments on this concrete and get it paid off he said he would but he never did it has been about nine months now. I have bent over backwards trying to help him get this taken care of giving him lots of time but he keeps coming up with excuse after excuse. And if it's like excuses a medical issues are legitimate then you need to be filing for disability and not trying to work on other people's homesNorman OK

Comments: I now have a lien on my house because Doug Chatham is REFUSING to pay for the concrete from Van Eaton Ready Mix. I paid Doug in full when the driveway was compete. I have spoken with Doug on numerous occasions regarding the balance owed to Van Eaton and he had told me every time not to worry about it, that he would get them paid and get the lien off of my house. He has not made any payments to them in over 9 months. I am now about to be sued along with him if $550.75 is not paid. I also tried to get BBB to help get this resolved. HE IS NO LONGER ACCREDITED BY THE BBB even though his website says he is. ***BEWARE*** He comes across as a nice guy, but...Oklahoma City OK

Work Description: Footing and foundation set up, driveway and floor installation
Comments: Doug Chatham is completely untrustworthy, I have a signed contract with him to pour a footing and ready my lot for a house to be moved on. He is under contract to level the lot, pour the footing and set blocks under the house. He was then to secure the home to the foundation and pour a concrete driveway and garage floor. The only thing he did well was ruin my foundation and leave a mess behind. I have never seen a footing poured so bad before, he attempted to level the footing by pouring a partial stem wall and stacking blocks on top of that. He refused to pay his sub contractor for the stemwall set up and construction. He begged me for an advance to buy supplies and then he took off with $9600 and has not completed the job. I then re purchased all of the necessary materials and hired a second contractor to do the work properly. I haven't received any contact from Doug since the beginning of November when he told me he wasn't able to finish my job. What a horrible company with terrible customer service. Please don't use them for anything, Doug has no character and will leave you hanging if the opportunity presents itself. I have called probably a hundred times and sent text messages with no response. I can also provide photos and documentation, of all calls and poor workmanship upon request!Edmond OK

Both Dave C and crew arrived on time, performed the requested work in a craftsmanlike manner, cleaned up when they were done and followed up with me later.

Comments: The subcontractor Tony Ruiz, did Exceptional Quality work. When dealing with the owner, MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that EVERY SPECIFIC item that you discuss is written into the contract. DO NOT go on conversation you may discuss with the OWNER is WRITTEN INTO THE CONTRACT. DO NOT RELY on what is talked about you have NO RECOURSE UESS IT IS WRITTEN DOWN BY THE OWNER IN THE CONTRACT. Doug, the Owner, uses multiple sub contractors, that follow what Doug,the Owner tells them to do. Again, Tony Ruiz, did Exceptional work and did the job in LessThan 2 days as a single wlorker. Make Sure ALL factors are SPECIFIC and CLEARLY DEFINED as to all quantites and permit cost inspections are listedIN WRIGHTING IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DO THIS YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY UNPLEASANT THOUGHTS OR QUALMS OR SURPRISES.
