Work Description: Landscaping

Comments: I have been trying to speak with a service manager or owner since 3/21/25 with no response. Final payment was taken before work completed. No edging was done, insufficient mulch coverage with weed pad visible, large piles of dirt left from cutouts, brought toxic to dog shrubs when I specifically said I needed safe plants for dogs- never returned with the 4 replacement shrubs. I’m left with a mess and payment was fraudulently taken via automatic payment for work not completed. Multiple contact attempts via phone, email, and text for resolution have been ignored outside of Carol saying she would escalate my complaints and apologizing for the lack of response and poor customer service.

Comments: Zack and his team are extremely incompetent. I originally hired them to complete demo work for a small condo. Thank God I was there before they started because they didn’t even think to turn off the main water supply before tearing apart my bathroom. That was my first red flag and should have fired them on the spot. Zack hired a “plumber” to move laundry connections from downstairs to upstairs. He assured me the plumber was licensed. The “plumber” botched the job so badly, I had to hire a legit plumber to fix everything he did and then had to patch a ton of drywall. They cut a huge section of my joist out which is now structurally unsound. I’ve never seen so many code violations in my life between plumbing and electrical. They have no idea how to hang and patch drywall. Just a total nightmare. Zack promised to reimburse me for the plumbing but never did. He is a liar and a fraud, stay away!

Work Description: Dryer repair

Comments: This company is a scam. Called to have my dryer repaired and they were supposed to come out but no show. Called and texted and they did come out the next morning. The technicians looked far from professional. Ragged clothed and steel toe boots that had holes in them and you could see the steel toes. They looked at the dryer and said it needed a belt and showed us the damaged one. Said they would get one and come back that afternoon. They said the bill for the diagnosis was $75.00. We were told we could not use a credit card. We had $60.00 and gave them that. That afternoon the company texted us and said they would be out the next morning. NO SHOW! Called and texted and Zack said they would be out the next morning. AGAIN NO SHOW. From that point on they never responded to phone calls or texts. We were scammed out of $60.00. I think they have a racket. My advice is STAY AWAY and never call them for anything. Coastal Properties ENC was the service provider. I would never use them or Networx. Buyer beware! I had to click one star in order to post this review. They get no stars from me.

Comments: Stole $4700 from me and caused significant damage to my property. Stopped responding when issue was trying to be resolved. Do not recommend, they will steal your money.

This is false. It’s been confirmed their employees are blacklisted from Networx. They just make new LLC and repeat this scam. They severely damaged my property and have put myself and others are physical risk with the damage they caused trees on my property that I now need to have immediately removed. As well as all previous evidence I’ve submitted.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied. As outlined in our contract, the agreed-upon land clearing was for a 15x60 ft area. Once the contracted scope of work is completed, any additional work requires a new quote and approval before proceeding. Our team completed the requested clearing, and before-and-after photos were provided as confirmation. We understand that you requested more work after the fact. But since you verified and approved the job upon completion, we did in fact complete the job and to your satisfaction. But we are unable to until we send another crew without a new quote and payment. Any additional work does include an additional cost. If you’d like us to complete the additional work, we’d be happy to provide a new estimate. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.

Comments: They stole our money and did not complete the work - we are out $4200 and had to hire another company to repair the damaged this company caused. They also have scammed others out of money with incomplete work under the name “Blue Sky Property Services”. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied. As outlined in our signed agreement, the original scope of work was for a 10x10 ft area, and the job was quoted accordingly. Upon arrival, our team discovered that there were five layers of shingles to remove instead of one, but we completed the removal at no additional charge and finished the job within the agreed-upon scope and cost. When you requested an expansion of the project to 12x15 ft, we informed you that we had extra materials from a previous job and, as a courtesy, offered to complete the additional work at no extra cost. However, scheduling had to be adjusted due to weather conditions, as we could not safely work on the roof during a tornado watch. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’d be happy to assist!
