I received a check from my insurance that didn't come close to meeting any quotes I received from local roofing contractors. Steve recommend a re-inspect of my roof and called my insurance company back out. He was able to get me the full amount needed to do a full replacement- rather than repairs! Comments: I NEVER write reviews online, however I felt prompted to do so for this company. I have been bombarded by several other "roofers" since the storm hit us here in Nashville with the same scripted lines and they seem to know nothing about the actual damage! Steve really stood apart from them so I decided to give them a chance. He was such a gentleman, and very personable. I had never filed a claim before and had no idea how to proceed. Steve and everyone at the office were very nice, and assisted me throughout the entire process. it was so easy. All I had to do was call State Farm, and Coastal handled the rest.I now have a beautiful new roof, with no more leaks. 10/10 would recommend this company!
