Work Description: Camera and drilled out 10 foot drain from house to septic.

Comments: Terrible service. Claimed we had wipes in our lines. No one here puts wipes in the toilet but we believed them. 1 yr 3 months later our sewer is backed up again. It is just me and my husband. We don’t put anything but t-paper in our commode. My septic tank is about 10 feet from my house with NO trees anywhere near it. It is now backing up again. Said they only give a 7 day warranty on work. They never told us that then and never showed us any wipes. We are senior citizens who trusted them and paid them 389.00. Manager was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to the owner she hung up on me. Told me they would not come back unless we paid them again. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

We have thousands of loyal and satisfied customers making us a very successful plumbing company. Therefore, we have no reason to lie or be dishonest to any of our customers. We are cheaper than our competitors with a very high turn around rate. I am sorry you feel you have been wronged in some way but I can provide you with the pictures of the wipes and the roots that were pulled from your sewer line, if you would like? However, I consider it a blessing that you were able to go a year and half after we cleared your line with a Mytana considering you were only given a 7 day warranty because of the issues stated above. That indicates to me that we did a great job of clearing your line and provided excellent service. Thank you for your feed back, but I do have to disagree with your review. Comments: Brandon and Dakota were amazing! They came in and knocked it out quickly and were very professional, clean and courteous. They were knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for preventive maintenance. I have referred them to some friends and will use them from now on.
