Work Description: First of all he arrived before I did and was ready to work. Good personality and a people person. Knew his job and performed it well. my system needed refrigeration and he checked it overall. He also made recommendations and updated me on the fture of the type of system that I had. He gave estimates should we decide to upgrade to a new system. he explained his prices and my bill.
