Comments: Last night my main breaker shorted out and was arcing and a small flame could be seen. Got in touch with Hank Pavlovsky and within an hour was at my house in the rain. Hank quickly saw what the problem was and repaired it. My breaker box is 35 years old and out of date. A new one is needed. Thank you very much Hank.Tyler TX
