All flooring comes with lifetime warranty, and is installed by our skilled flooring installers.. Owner, is a designer,, who works directly with each customer through design, and selection of all materials : cabinets, tile, flooring, paint handles, granite/quartz, sinks etc, and managing the remodel,by hiring experienced licensed and insured installers. Plumbing and electrical done by licensed and insured plumbing and electrical contractors. Permits and design included in pricing. We are vendor approved by most Naples and Bonita HOA's, and hire only experienced, legal, and insured workers.

Comments: This is the second time we have used Classic Kitchens & Granite for a remodel at our Oasis condo. We are more than pleased with our master bathroom remodel. Guys showed up on time, covered everything, and cleaned up every day. Their tile guy Luis was very skilled. Looks great!! Thanks

Work Description: Concrete Pad

Comments: She scammed us for $6500! We've been waiting for our concrete pad to be done for 6 months. They finally finished the form work, and now she's refusing to order concrete. She completely ghosted us until I left a negative Google review. She did not do $6500 worth of work whatsoever. Now, we'll have to try to DIY the concrete and we'll be way over budget! Communication has been non-existent from the start and her subcontractor did some damage to our property. We're not the only review that says this.

Comments: We still haven’t received our money back from Jackie Benson!! We sent everything she requested, she acknowledged receiving it then we heard nothing. This has been going on since April. We’ve requested our money back but she has not sent it. I can’t understand why she hasn’t returned our money when she has done absolutely no work. Is this how she runs her business? I’m not going to drop this until we receive a full refund.
This is a duplicate false review from Sue/ Lakewood CO.ie Sue Matthies. They entered into a contract with CKG to fix code violation issues. They refused to sign permit application, and cancelled contract with CKG once code violation fines were paid. Full refund was sent and cashed months ago, and they were ordered by authorities to take down these false reviews, and stop reposting.Anyone calling our office can be provided with our documentation. Because Sue posts multiple negative review posts under different names/emails, etc our attorneys are seeking an injunction.

Comments: Paid owner Jackie $2500 almost 3months ago nothing has been done and she will not return our phone calls. Beware of this company and do not give her money up front.
False and derogatory review. Fred and Sue Matthies hired CKG for a small driveway extension. They refused to sign and have notorized the required driveway permit application and NOC required by City of Cape Coral. CKG pulls permit on all our jobs.Mr. Matthies also signed our contract as owner of Emporia Street Investments LLC, which is a Florida company that went out of biz 2 years ago. It is our belief that Matthies had no intention to get a permit or pay us when work was done. Contract was cancelled, deposit returned.

Work Description: Classic Kitchen needed Water Mitigation on one of their projects

Comments: Classic Kitchen needed Water Mitigation on one of their projects due to demo taking place with the property water valves on. Causing leaks and water to be in the customer's residence. Kitchen was demoed but the valves were not turned off properly and water leaked onto the floor in the kitchen. We promptly responded the called made by Jackie Benson and mitigated the water, ensuring there was no additional damage. After out service call was complete Jackie ceased to communicate with us. We understand financial struggles can arise, but completely ceasing communication with us is not ethical and legally questionable.
This is a FALSE review. We only hired and paid Servicemaster to box up the customers' kitchen cabinet belongings. Homeowner lives in Europe. We did a kitchen remodel. Homeowner caused a water leak in the laundry room, upon returning to FL, which had nothing to do with CKG. Homeowners' realtor called Servicemaster to dry out the damage. Homeowner was billed, Did not pay, and Servicemaster has billing us for the work we did not order. I have spoken to their billing dept several times, and keep sending us a bill we do not owe. I would be hesitant to use Servicemaster for any homeowner or remodeling company. Their false review is an attempt to collect a debt we do not owe, as they cannot collect from the homeowner in Europe.

Comments: Classic Kitchens and owner Jackie, took my outdated kitchen and created a beautiful kitchen and a fair price. They are not the cheapest, but far less than other designers we met with. I love my new Jarlin cabinets. I chose the Blue shaker I saw on HGTV Property Brothers with a grey vein quartz. The installers were great and knew how to modify my fridge cabinet so it doesn't stick out. Owner easy to reach, and is on top of everything from design to finish. Plan to use them again for our master bathroom

Comments: My new countertops & waterfall island are PERFECT!!! The waterfall corners are perfect, the workers were so pleasant & so talented. This kitchen transformation was a breeze from start to finish. I wish I could share pics on here because it's gorgeous!!
