Work Description: Roof Replace - Asphalt Shingle
Comments: Christopher and crew arrived on Monday and spent most of the day tearing off the old shingles and underlayment. Tuesday they replaced several pieces of deck boards and later in the day got the underlayment and shingling underway. Wednesday, they finished the shingling and buttoned things up just in case of rain. And it did rain. No leaks. Thursday, Christopher and crew returned for final inspection and finishing touches. In the end, it cost a bit more than quoted but then he didn't know he'd have to replace so many deck boards. Great communications, very personable and the roof looks great!-
