Comments: Chris was very fast to respond to my service call. He even followed up with me the next day after I was unable to give him the go-ahead to replace my water heater. Once I said "yes", after his cost quote, he worked tirelessly from late afternoon into the night to get our new water heater replaced. He did not try to upgrade to more than we need, or fix something that was not broken !!! He is very respectful, professional and had a great attitude !!!
